 songs & lyrics Too Many Thoughts (This Side of Paradise, 2001)  This was a song written for a cousin I didn't meet until I was thirty years old, inspired by an exchange of conversation in a car during which I realized that something that had always made me feel disconnected from people was, in fact, a family trait, and not a bad thing at all.
